As an architect with my own business, Freespace Design, my desire and hope as with all YFC members is to see (young) people come to know the love & saving grace & forgiveness of my Lord Jesus Christ.
The past 15yrs has seen me involved as participant, leader / organiser of various youth camps, group activities & ministries and various sport & adrenaline adventures for churches in NSW & QLD.
As a qualified skydiver, a rock climber & mad keen avid surfer I have formed Croshore Adventures. To serve the Lord & fellowship while searching for blue skies, & green rooms that God gave us to enjoy.

Reverend Ralph Shunker.
Born and raised in the City of Madras (Chennai) India. Worked as Production Manager in large Canning factory and actively involved in the Ministry till immigration to Australia in the year 1998. Completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Madras. An active Chorister, Soloist, and Actor, YFC Bible club and Church youth leader. From the age of seventeen preaching and singing God's Word, in many parts of India, also in Universities, Colleges and Schools. A Commissioned Lay preacher and Deacon and subsequently ordained as a Reverend in the Church of South India. At present ministering as pastor at The Central Gold Coast Baptist Church.

Paul & Rosemary Whincop.
Both Paul and Rosemary were brought up in Christian homes where God's values and precepts were taught to them for the time they were born. They both gave their lives to Christ at an early age - Paul at a YFC camp on the Gold Coast. Paul's involvement with Youth for Christ goes back to 1970. His family had been involved in YFC since the 1950's. He met his wife Rosemary a few short years after that camp, at a Brisbane YFC program where they were involved in the "Life Spectrum Singers" together. Paul proposed to Rosemary at that same campsite and they were married on 15th December, 1973. They have four married children and four grandchildren. Paul has been a builder since 1977 and is still involved in the Building industry. Paul and Rosemary are actively involved in Gold Coast Youth for Christ as board members and direct the Touring Teams ministry arm of GCYFC. Rosemary is a teacher and runs a "Communication and Conflict Resolution" course with each Touring Team, which helps them last the year together.

Ben & Cindy Whincop.
Ben & Cindy Whincop were both brought up in Christian families, with parents who were actively involved with Youth for Christ since they were teenagers. This grounded them strongly in their faith and in the belief that we were commissioned to share our faith to the rest of the world.
Ben and Cindy both toured with Gold Coast Youth for Christs' Turning Point Touring Teams in 1999 with Damaskus & in 2000 with Matiniah, and were also involved with the 2001/2002 Youth for Christ Youth Guidance Christmas Camp. After getting to know each other whilst they were in full-time ministry with the touring teams in 1999 & 2000, they were married in June 2001.
Ben and Cindy now have a new member of their family, little Seth.  Ben is now full time in the music industry and Cindy is enjoying being a full time mum.

Gary Woolley
Gary is a university lecturer in Canberra where he lives with his wife Helen.  Johanna their daughter, was on the road for 12 months with the Jairus touring team in 2003.  Gary enjoys working in  the digital domain with his hobby of video and editing.
